Why don't you ship the items outside the European Union (EU)?
Empire Athletic Wear decided to ship the items only within the EU. In the future shipping to countries outside the EU will be possible. But until then, sorry!
How long does it take before my item is shipped?
Empire Athletic Wear is a small company. Empire Athletic Wear will try to send out items the next day (on a business day). If that’s not possible, please bear with us.
Do you have a return policy?
Of course. If you’re unhappy with the item you bought, you can return it in the original package within 14 days after receiving your order. Shoot us an e-mail to info@empire athleticwear.shop with the reason why you want to return it and we will give you the information with the return address. Once we receive your package, you will receive an e-mail. If your return is approved, we will transfer your refund. We will not cover your shipping costs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this point we accept payments through iDeal, PayPal, Creditcard (Visa, Mastercard). All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.
Oh no, an item I want is out of stock. Will a restock be available?
At this point, Empire Athletic Wear will not restock items. If it’s sold out, it’s really sold out (sorry). But keep an eye at our Instagram feed for new products.
